Business Planner:
Position:
Reports to CIO. Serves as key IT liaison & process expert for the
Human Resources and Internal Learning Academy function. Establishes and
manages client relationships, assisting in planning IT initiatives for
area of responsibility. Responsible for program budgets,
resource allocation and planning to ensure delivery of
business benefits. Responsible for vendor evaluation,
providing recommendations for selection, and on-going
relationship management. Develops peer, cross-functional relationships
to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness. Responsible
for people management activities including development, performance
management, distribution of work assignments and inter/intra team issue
resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 yrs experience. University/equivalent degree. Experience in
HR & learning processes/tools. Strategic thinker, proven execution.
Outstanding analytical, statistical, project management skills. Strong
management, problem-solving and team leadership skills. Excellent

Lead I.T.
Architect:
Position:
Technical
expert responsible for the design and implementation of an assigned
eApplications operational area(s). Produces documented application
frameworks or architectures. Researches development in an assigned
technology, determines business requirements, proposes changes, develops
migration and implementation plans, and may execute projects based on
these activities. Provides input into the technology plan for the IT
organization, and ensures that plans for their assigned applications
integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical
infrastructure. Advises management on application and supporting
technology purchases and on future projects or environment
upgrades/modifications. Serves as a solution delivery expert for the
design and implementation of assigned application areas. Drives and is
accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s) with
duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis,
prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work
related to the program. Manages activities of project team resources to
support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s). Maintains
effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly
integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and
activities of the organization. Coordinates program support activities,
including the development of internal and external communications,
establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans.
Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, beginning
with IT project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with
a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform
quality requirements. Identifies critical path decisions, makes
recommendations and influences program leaders and business process
owners to maximize project payback. Manages daily activities, issue
resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to
deliver projects on time, on budget, as requested by customer.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in
client-server, web application development. 7+ years focusing on
supporting complex web application operations to include
development/stage/production environments, configuration/release
management, and operations in a 24x7 environment consisting of advanced
load balancing, high availability infrastructure using Java, XML, DHTML,
AJAX and best of breed tools and technologies. Strong command of cross
browser compatibility issues, browser degradation strategies,
optimization techniques, accessibility techniques, device-portability
techniques and internationalization issues. Understanding of database
design. Working knowledge of Oracle. Experience with XML related
technologies and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA's). Agile
development processes (such as SCRUM) in addition to traditional
software development methodologies and processes. Advanced management of
the full life cycle of web application development/operations.
Experience with Java, J2EE, Linux, Unix, apache, JBoss and SunOne is
required. Experience with multiple applications using TIBCO software is
a plus.
